王教元，男，1989年7月生，江苏淮安人，理学博士，讲师。2019年毕业于云南师范大学自然地理学专业，研究方向为湖泊环境与全球变化，目前主要从事湖库水文调控、有机污染物的生态评价及响应机制的相关研究。参与国家自然科学基金、科技部国家重点研发计划专项等科研项目多项。在Water research、Science of the Total Environment、Environmental Science and Pollution Research、Journal of Plankton Research、生态学报、应用生态学报等国内外学术期刊上发表论文多篇。
一、专业技能：
湖泊、河流等内陆水体野外调查、采样、常规分析以及古湖沼学样品采集、分析
沉积物样品测年分析（Gam. Spec.分析）
沉积物多指标分析（色素、粒度、磁化率、元素等）
环境碳、氮稳定同位素样品采集、分析（MAT-253和FLASH 2000联用）以及同位素混合模型运用
环境微塑料样品采集、鉴定与分析
生物分类、鉴定（硅藻、水生植物）
熟练掌握R、Minitab、C2、PAST等专业软件进行生态学分析
熟练运用ArcMap、ENVI等GIS软件进行空间数据提取和分析
熟练运用英语进行沟通交流和书面表达
