王怀军,男,1986年2月生,湖南永州宁远人,担任地理科学系主任。2009年7月毕业于新疆师范大学化工学院环境科学专业;2009-2015年在中国科学院大学新疆生态与地理研究所进行硕博连读,2015年7月获理学博士学位,研究方向为水文水资源。目前在《International Journal of Climatology》、《Journal of hydrology》、《Hydrological Processes》、《Climate Research》等国际杂志上发表SCI论文9篇,撰写专著两章。参与国家973项目以及塔里木河重点项目各一项。

《遥感图像处理》、《水文学》、《自然地理学》。

极端水文事件时空特征分析以及水资源管理等。
